About Westchester Community College:
Westchester Community College was founded in 1946 as the New York State Institute of Applied Arts and Sciences in White Plains. In 1957, the County of Westchester bought the 360-acre John Hartford estate in Valhalla and designated 218 acres for the community college. Job Description:
The successful candidate will teach the AI Adobe Illustration with concentration in fashion illustration. The candidate is also responsible to teach the students how to sketch the fashion figure, how to do fabric rendering, and show the students how to bring their designs alive by using modern day technology.
Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a Master's degree and one year of practical experience is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 3 years experience in the fashion industry as a designer /technical designer is strongly preferred.
Additional Information:
SALARY & BENEFITS: $82.57 per hour. No benefits.
