ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Cash Application team. The Manager will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Pay : Based on Experience.

What will you be doing?

• Oversee the daily operations of the Cash Application team, ensuring all cash receipts are applied promptly and accurately.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures for cash application processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze cash application metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct regular audits of cash applications to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of cash application analysts, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Accounts Receivable, and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash application processes.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on cash application metrics, performance, and trends for management review.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

• 2-3 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to cash application.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and other standard tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook
