We are looking for a dedicated Dietitian to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve their health goals through personalized dietary planning and education.

Position : Dietician

Location : Memphis, Tennessee

Schedule : Day 5x8-Hour (8:00 16:30)

Duration : 13 Week Contract

Unit : Dietary Services

What You'll Do:

As a Dietitian, you will collaborate with healthcare providers to assess, develop, and implement nutrition plans tailored to each patient's unique needs. Your expertise in nutrition science and your compassionate approach will be essential in guiding patients toward healthier lifestyles. Responsibilities :

• Assess the nutritional needs of patients, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and dietary preferences.
• Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans to address specific health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, obesity, and gastrointestinal disorders.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition plans, adjusting as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers, promoting healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care and treatment.
• Document patient assessments, nutrition plans, and progress notes in accordance with regulatory and organizational guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2 years Dietician experience with travel or 3 years’ experience with no travel
• Compact or TN License at time of submittal
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility
• COVID-19 Vaccine
• Flu Vaccine
