**Job Title:** ER Nurse (3-Month Contract)
**Location:** Milwaukee, WI
**Duration:** 3 Months
**Shift:** Variable Shifts (Day/Night/Weekend)
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ER Nurse for a 3-month contract in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care, with the ability to assess, treat, and stabilize patients in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the ER
- Perform triage, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Active RN license in Wisconsin
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
