Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning Support: Assist in the coordination and organization of events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site setup.
• Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining event calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns related to events.
• Budget Tracking: Help monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure events are cost-effective.
• Post-Event Tasks: Assist with post-event evaluations, feedback collection, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Personality: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset.
• Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
