Job Description

The Entry Level Events Assistant at Elle Seller will support the planning and execution of company events, from concept to completion. This role involves assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn about event management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, including product launches, promotional events, and client meetings.
• Support the logistics of events, such as venue setup, catering arrangements, and transportation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met.
• Help manage event budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Assist in post-event activities, including reporting and feedback collection.
• Provide on-site support during events to handle any issues that arise.
• Maintain event supplies and materials, ensuring everything is organized and accessible.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative event ideas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Salary

$1250 - $1650 /week
