Job Details

We are seeking a highly-skilled, experienced, and dynamic Software Developer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a challenging, rewarding environment, and a chance to shape the future of our processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and maintain our Dynamics 365 solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business processes.
  • Use Power Platform to create and implement business solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 solutions that meet our business needs and align with our IT strategy.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure the functionality of the applications, and fix any bugs or issues that arise.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, and recommend ways to use these technologies to improve our business processes.
  • Work closely with other members of the IT team to ensure the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle from requirements analysis to deployment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on Dynamics 365 development in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite, including its capabilities, functionalities, and limitations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is preferred.
