Job Description

Beacon Hill is seeking a qualified candidate for a Training Coordinator role in Duluth, GA. This is a contract position. The ideal candidate will coordinate, deliver, and manage educational programs, including scheduling, material preparation, logistics, and ensuring the programs run smoothly. This position is on-site five days a week.

Daily Duties:

• Coordinate all training logistics, including scheduling, catering, and room setup, and manage communications and course materials.
• Oversee new hire onboarding and tailor training to job functions and individual needs.
• Provide admin support, manage budgets, track invoices, process orders, and coordinate learning programs.
• Handle the Training Team's calendar, accruals, and approval processes, and manage the Training library.
• Administer the LMS, managing scheduling, enrollment, attendance, and training reports.

Ideal candidate:

• Experienced in program coordination and administrative tasks.
• Skilled in time management with the ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities.
• Capable of managing various projects and events within tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
